CS2 is CPU and memory sensitive, so setup problems hit it hard: single-channel RAM, XMP / EXPO off and background load all cut FPS and 1% lows. On our test PC, CS2 went from 320 to 513 FPS after the memory profile, the CS2 graphics plan and Windows optimization (in-game counter).
Quartiy edits the CS2 video config only while the game is closed, with a backup, and measures the result.

Is it VAC safe?
Yes. It does not inject into CS2 or touch its memory; it only edits the video config file while the game is closed.

The Quartiy desktop app is in Turkish today; an English interface is planned. Every action is one button with a clear before / after result, and support answers in English.
