Does a VPN lower ping?
Rarely; it usually adds a hop. It can help only when your ISP routes badly to a server.
Is Ethernet better than Wi-Fi?
Almost always: lower and steadier ping, no packet loss from interference.
Is the app in English?
The Quartiy desktop app is in Turkish today; an English interface is planned. Every action is one button with a clear before / after result, and support answers in English.
